Sanctions are tools of pressure on countries that are always applied directly or indirectly and have multiple effects and results on different groups, they also violate human rights and have consequences, in addition to negatively affecting the lives of people in society, sanctions also affect their individual and social rights and lead to Violations of human rights and United Nations sanctions violate the Charter of the United Nations and violate the principles of human rights Sanctions deprive many citizens of their rights This thesis examines the impact of Western sanctions on human rights from a jurisprudential, moral and legal point of view and explains the negative consequences of these sanctions and made it under the title: What is The impact of the siege on human rights, who in Islamic jurisprudence, morals, and international law?
The method of this research is descriptive-analytical using international conventions and other library sources. The completion of this research requires the use of the comparative method within the processes of analysis and deduction. The bilateral interest of the two directions in the issue of human rights. As for the processes of analysis and deduction, we rely on them to reach the extent to which human rights are affected, and what are the legal texts that should be applied within the limits of the available capabilities.
The researcher has drawn several conclusions, the most important of which are; Those economic blockades imposed by the UN Security Council and some countries as a penalty violate international legitimacy, oppose Islamic jurisprudence and morals, and endanger international peace and security, and are not based on a solid legal basis.
