Directed Arabic speaking satellite channels use methods، methods and techniques through which they try to broadcast and promote their foreign ideas and cultures to the Arab community under slogans in the name of freedom of expression، freedom of criticism، freedom of the body، and to demand it through their programs and through their providers who have the ability to control and manipulate all methods The dialogue that they use indirectly in order to communicate the goals of the channel for which it was founded، in addition to the types of guests who are keen and are violent by religion، society and customs. Under the title Difference is the Beginning of Dialogue، Jaafar Abdel Karim presents his program، which is shown on the German dw channel، which promotes foreign cultures that try to immerse themselves among members of Arab society to be a cultural instinct in the name of freedom whose texts reject the Islamic religion and society. The study aimed to analyze the content of the media material on the German dw channel for its Jaafar Talk program from the date of February 11، 2020 to the date of December 22، 2020 AD، for a number of the sample amounting to 15 episodes whale foreign cultures addressed to the Arab community. The study focused on the extraneous cultures that were promoted to the Arab society by the Jaafar Talk program. The research sample from the guests، the presenter، opinion polls، officials، cultural practitioners and in written form laws، texts، the United Nations Organization presented several ideas and cultures. Messages and contents addressed to the Arab community from not observing religious and social controls، questioning the Qur’anic interpretations، and demanding freedom of the body. In this study، the researcher relied on content analysis through which to find the results that the study seeks to reach correct and accurate results using the following analysis categories extracted from the program، which amounted to 72 sub-categories and 10 main categories: languages category، subject category، guest gender category، Program template category، guest nationality categories، guest topic category، grooming category، information resource category، extraneous cultures category، program presenter orientation category for extraneous cultures. The study concluded that the Jafar Talk program uses methods and methods to broadcast foreign ideas and cultures through indirect techniques and foundations and strange names that present them in ways that attract the attention of the viewer in order to influence him. Among the recommendations of the study: The introduction of a new curriculum entitled media education to be taught from the primary – secondary stage for the purpose of introducing the disadvantages of the media.
