The Legal Organization of Oil Wealth and its Distribution in Iraq an Analytical Study

The Iraqi Oil Law applies to oil operations in all regions of the Republic of Iraq، including the land and below it and on land as well as in internal waters and territorial waters. With regard to the transport of oil، this law aims to define the basis for cooperation between the concerned ministries in the federal government، as well as to establish a base for coordination and consultation between the federal authorities and the authorities of the regions and oil-producing governorates. Crucial to the country’s natural resources، the constitutional treatment is not only symbolic، but also highlights the social and economic norms and goals that the country applies to its natural resources. or religious، because wealth exists in varying amounts in these countries، and therefore property systems These are very sensitive issues related to regional conflicts based on ethnic، linguistic or religious differences، and one of the findings of the researcher is that this oil law is of great importance in the Iraqi state. It will end all layers of poverty in Iraqi society.
