The Arab people were the most eloquent nation among other nations before the emerging of Islam and they are still so in the present time. The Arabic rhetoric reached us through the excellent parts of poetry in the past days, and the poet has got a distinguished rank among his natives and the Arab tribes because he is the legal speaker of their glory and prosperity, detailing their noble deeds and qualities. Hence, the contemporary poets continued that manner and tradition using many rhetoric methods and high leveled meanings. This study is focusing on the poles of Arabic rhetoric, especially the verbal beauties which took place in the poetry of one of the most well-known poets, namely Muhammad Mehdi al-Jawaheri. The researcher tries through her study named (The Verbal Rhetoric in al-Jawaheri Poetry <The Fourth Diwan as an Example>) to follow the beautiful points and rhetoric places in the fourth part of the diwan of the Arab’s great poet Muhammad Mehdi al-Jawaheri and to discover deal with the most popular using of verbal rhetoric in his poetry. The researcher depended on the analytic and descriptive method in her research, and the main results she could reach were: the rhetoric beauties have played a great role in the speech order of al-Jawaheri beside their effects in how they reaches the meaning to the readers, nevertheless, paronomasia was the main feature of al-Jawaheri’s poetry. Moreover, the researcher found that the rhetoric beauties in al-Jawaheri’s poetry have a special tune which increases the attraction of each part of the poetry. The researcher aims that this study may answer many questions mentioned in this research and achieve the requested goals, hence, the researches confesses that her study cannot be a comprehensive among other studies, but however, it was an attempt to point some hidden matters, since Allah is the only Perfect and Complete.
