In the contemporary era, one of the most important challenges of mankind is mental security and anxiety, and Humans of today does everything to solve this problem, but he achieves little success. The Holy Quran is a book for Treatment and healing people, and in it there is peace and spiritual stability for people. Holy Quran guides people to the right path, guides them to the right behavior that they should follow, and as a result, makes them happy and gives them peace so that they feel happy. accordingly, it is expected that this divine book will help people in solving this challenge. The topic of this thesis is safety and anxiety from the perspective of the Holy Quran. In this thesis, we tried to study this concept and its factors and elements from the perspective of the Quran with a relative focus and inspiration of the interpretations of the Quran. Of course, we investigated the conditions of inner safety and anxiety and external safety and anxiety in the interpretation of the revelation of the Quran, and we observed that it is very scattered and uncountable. But we investigated it through two main conditions, i.e. external safety and anxiety and the other is inner safety and anxiety in a believer, just as we searched the signs of safety and anxiety while presenting some of the signs mentioned in the interpretation of the Quran which include: confidence, peace, contentment, generosity and patience. We investigated the moral effects of safety and anxiety in a believer by explaining the meaning of safety and anxiety in the context of the Quran and interpretation books, and the signs and pillars of safety and anxiety in the Holy Quran and the consequences of each of them on the individual and society. One of the most important results of this research is that these two states are related to man’s faith in God.
