Because he respects marital relations, so the Holy Quran has spoken about it and said that in married life we must remain faithful to the covenants.
Through this research, we have clarified the commitment to the covenant in married life, cohabitation with spouses and awareness of their rights. This is clear evidence of the extent of Islam’s interest in marital relationships because it is different from other relationships. .
One of the characteristics of adhering to a covenant is to first guarantee the ability to abide by it, then to choose others clearly according to the expected results and in the marital relationship. Consider the marriage contract as a heavy contract.

Islamic law has paid much attention to the regulation of the rights and duties of spouses, and jurists have interpreted the rights and duties on different bases, but came to the conclusion that its distribution depends on the concept of obedience, guardianship and commitment to a good life together.
Conclusion: The most important way to fulfill this commitment can be summarized in avoiding harm to spouses. And that commitment to a good cohabitation highlights the most important form of material assistance or what is called jurisprudence, almsgiving and justice in married life.
