It also contributes, through its many means, to educating and guiding the public and educating the masses during the crisis period In addition to its role in the development of societies and the transfer of different cultures. And that the rapid spread of the Corona virus has put the Iraqi official media in front of a major challenge in how to deal with a crisis, especially in Iraq, which suffers from many political, economic and security crises in addition to health,That is why in our study we dealt with how Al-Iraqiya news channel has dealt with the crisis, the Corona pandemic, by defining its news, program, and electronic outlets for the period from the beginning of March to the end of June of the year 2020, to find out what the Iraqi official media has presented. The content analysis used by the researcher in this study is one of the forms of scientific research that aims to describe in order to know the explicit content of the media material to be analyzed. And that the most important findings of the researcher is the high focus by Al-Iraqiya News Channel in its main bulletins on the Corona pandemic crisis and giving it a time space that exceeded 58.8% of the total area of ​​its main news bulletins. With the pandemic news highlighted in the news series and headlines. And also made plans and techniques that fits with the terms , standards and determinants of making the message of the media dealing with crisis. And as varied the news sources that it has adopted that have credibility and Ultimate precision, plus that the channel adopted in its main news bulletin the news that have the credibility and ultimate precision that journalists adopt in choosing the news that are good fro publication.
