Al-Yaqoubi is one of the scholars of Najaf Al-Ashraf who holds a degree in civil engineering, who brought about a change in the level of Shiite authority in Iraq through a giant idea, which is the elite industry. Among this intellectual shift is the interest in the media aspect, as he has specialized books in Islamic media and the public opinion industry, and many lectures with media elites.
