The morphological principle has a special importance and place in linguistic researches and is closely related to the morphological weight and the problem of derivation, as far as the morphological weight can be considered as an illustrator of the morphological principle through weights and derivative forms; Because the morphological principle plays a large role in expanding the horizons of the Arabic language and diversifying its linguistic function through various words and structures that imply hidden meanings. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue in the Arabic language and the importance of the Holy Quran, the researcher decided to examine the morphological principle of the first fifty verses of Surah Al-Baqarah with a descriptive-analytical approach. At the beginning of the research, the researcher has defined the morphological principle of Salasi Mojarrad (contains three letters) and Salasi Mazid (more than three letters) and derivative nouns, and after stating this theoretical framework, he has researched and statistically studied Mojarad and Mazid verbs and derivatives and examined the morphological and semantic meanings of these weights and tried to relate their meanings  to the verbs and derivatives in this surah and in the end he has achieved some results, the most important of them are: Among Abvab salasi mojarad verbs, the chapter (Fa’ala- Yafol) has the first place in terms of frequency of the number of verbs, so that this chapter has 66 verbs. Because it does not have a specific meaning, but has many meanings. And among Abvab salasi Mazid, the most frequent ones are for Efa’l, tafil, Mofa’ale, which have had various meanings, including the transcendence of action and participation. Regarding derivatives, it should be said that among derivatives, the active noun has the first place and various indications such as stability, incidence, modernity, latency, transgression, participation and movement.
