Quranic Foundations for the Care of the Orphan in the Context of the Quran

This humble study، which I place in your blessed hands، is marked by the Qur’anic foundations for caring for the orphan in the context of the Qur’an، which carries with it a set of chapters and investigations. The first chapter of it was talking about the basic concepts، showing the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of the title’s vocabulary and the concept and foundations of education in the Islamic religion، as Muslim scholars see that education is a clear philosophy derived from the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The foundations are the sum total of ideological، intellectual and legislative premises from which an integrated and balanced educational system emerges. We explained the goals and methods of this education. The first educator of this nation، our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)، used several methods in raising a Muslim child. We find that he does not use a single method in raising but rather uses a specific method for a specific situation. The methods of integrated education complement each other، and we talked about each of these methods. As for the second chapter، it was talking about the general educational foundations for evaluating morals in the Qur’an and the role of the family. It can be said that people should strive to love the orphan، and be determined to fulfill the duty of educating him، and providing material and spiritual assistance، and then taking care of them are among the duties that Islam commanded. As for the third chapter، it was talking briefly about the orphan، and we talked about the Qur’anic texts. We see the Qur’an taking a new approach: “Did he not find you an orphan and take shelter” “And he found you lost and he led” “And he found you a breadwinner and richer” “As for the orphan، do not be defeated” These verses provide a lesson in social life. And we talked about cohabitation with orphans with Ahl al-Bayt، peace be upon them، and among the personalities of Ali، peace be upon him، he left no room except that his fingerprints were clear in guidance، and among the applications is the issue of orphans and how to deal with them and not to transgress that God gave rights، including the right to spending، food، five، zakat and sponsorship and we explained these rights.
