The family is considered the guide and control of behavior, and it is the unit that evaluates the moral and educational standard of the children as well, and it is the preserve for them from moral and intellectual deviations through permanent supervision and continuous commitment from the father and mother, which are two cornerstones of it. Others define it as the social institution that arises from the union of a man and a woman in a contract aimed at creating the building block that contributes to building society, and its most important pillars are the husband, wife, and children, just as the society, whether national or international, consists of the family, which is the main element for the realization of existence. And the importance of building an organizational and sound family in Islam in order to establish a moderate and normal society away from the social diseases that spread in any human society. The period of the revelation of the Holy Qur’an, and its goal is to highlight family rights, but its approach adopts the approach of objective and inductive interpretation in dealing with the subject, and the steps were to collect all the Qur’anic verses related to the subject, and thus the Holy Qur’an is the main source in the current research and put a title for each group of Qur’anic verses that are being discussed In a specific topic, the structure of the research is to highlight the interpretations’ view of the family, clarifying the meanings and requirements of the family, and clarifying the results and recommendations.
