The study starts from research in the Almighty’s saying And prepare for them as much strength as you can, and from the bond of horses, with which you fear the enemy of God and your enemy as it deals with the issue of preparation and preparation for confronting the believers for the enemy, as the study deals with the main aspect of the Qur’an: social and political. As a model for this readiness, where you will discuss it from the three aspects: social, political and combat, and the readiness of the Iraqis will be highlighted in two stages of the contemporary history of Iraq, namely the stage of the American invasion, and the stage of the emergence of ISIS and its attempt to control Iraq and to identify the cohesion of Iraqis and their readiness to defend their country in the face of the American invaders. And ISIS.

As for the research problem, it lies in the difficulty of recognizing the social, political and combat situation at that stage, as well as the difficulty of disassembling between the three research bodies. And the importance of research arises from this aspect, which is that due to the novelty of the topic, no book, academic thesis, or scientific research has been written independently and in detail in this area.

The research aims to identify the Qur’anic position on the concept of the believers ’readiness socially, politically and militarily, and to study the history of Iraq after the American invasion to find out the reality of the social, political and combat readiness that contributed to the expulsion of the American and ISIS occupations, review the interpreters’ views of the verses calling the believers to fight, and explain the reasons for the difference in their interpretation. What is more correct. .

By meditating on the Qur’anic verses, the concept of preparedness according to the divine vision is not limited to combat readiness, but rather includes social, political and other aspects, and that these dimensions were available in Iraqi society, which made it confront with all its walls the American occupation and the ISIS attack.

          The research concluded that

  1. The concept of social readiness for the believers in the Holy Qur’an lies in the promotion of social unity and cooperation among the members of society in righteousness, piety and cohesion among them in a way that makes them ready to face dangers.
  2. The concept of the political readiness of the believers in the Holy Qur’an lies in the existence of a just and stable political system, run by a divine leader that preserves the supreme interests of Islam ….
  3. The concept of combat readiness for the believers in the Holy Qur’an is represented by preparing an army and security forces that comply with the orders of the divine leadership, trained and able to defend the country .. This readiness was clearly demonstrated by the cohesion of the Iraqis and their support for the resistance efforts, and their adherence to the fatwa of efficient jihad, and their active presence on the battle fronts, All this contributed to pushing the danger away from their country .
