Through this study, the researcher seeks (Strategies affecting addressing cyber-extortion crimes from the point of view of experts and specialists) to identify strategies affecting e-extortion crimes, know the strengths in addressing the crime of electronic extortion, know the weaknesses in addressing the crime of electronic extortion, and know The challenges behind addressing the crimes of electronic extortion, and knowledge of the opportunities available to address the crime of electronic extortion. The researcher relied on the qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with 13 experts and specialists in the subject of the study. To the following results: The purpose of blackmail is also the exploitation of the victim for illegal acts for the benefit and interest of the offender, and the purpose of blackmail is to obtain material gains, and electronic blackmail extends its impact on the victim’s psyche and social status. material or moral benefits, material blackmail, sexual blackmail, moral blackmail, forcing or inciting the victim to hand over something belonging to him or a third person, threatening and intimidating the victim in case he did not hear the accused’s demands, such as telling him that if he did not respond to him, he would be physically assaulted or kidnapped one of his sons, or destroys something of his property, or that he divulges a secret belonging to the victim that will discredit him, and it does not require much effort and does not distinguish between one person and another and more b Its victims are girls and its remnants are family disintegration and social disintegration, and it is considered a cross-border crime and is committed through means of communication, computer or mobile phone. Blurring and concealing the features of crime, and those who suffer financial distress and people who do not have a social upbringing, a healthy environment, education and a good scientific culture are organized individual or collective crimes. The researcher recommends the following: to expedite the enactment of explicit laws related to cyber-extortion crimes, the formation of special courts to hold perpetrators of cyber-extortion crimes accountable, the allocation of people and sections in all security ministries and the intelligence service to combat cyber-extortion crimes, and the enactment of special laws for the formation of teams and non-governmental organizations to combat cyber-extortion crimes.
