MODERN METHODS OF PRESENTING NEWSLETTERS (BBC ARABIC CHANNEL AS AN EXAMPLE)

This study aims to identify the modern methods of presenting news bulletins on BBC Arabic, as well as the most important topics that are focused on in the newsletter, the method of processing, and the method of news editing.

 And the main question is: What are the modern methods of presenting the news bulletins used by BBC Arabic?

 This study also relied on the descriptive analytical method in studying the phenomena related to the research problem, its roots and its development to discover the objective conditions that crystallized the reality that the research is trying to diagnose and evaluate.

 At the level of the research tool, this study used the content analysis technique for BBC Arabic newscasts, as well as the technique of interviews with a number of specialists and experts in the media field.

 This study concluded that BBC Arabic is one of the leading channels in keeping pace with development, and linking its content and media content with modern means and technologies, so that the newsletter appears in an attractive informative news template.  The BBC Arabic always seeks to raise the level of capabilities of workers in the news department, and through its publications, it has used modern methods of presentation, from audio-visual effects to the tools used, such as infographics, images, tables, graphs and maps.  The Trending Bulletin of BBC Arabic reflects the method of using the smart newsroom, and the news bulletin of BBC Arabic is arranged according to a specific priority order.

 Accordingly, the study recommends extending the time of the BBC Arabic Trending Bulletin, adding two different titles, generalizing the smart newsroom style to all Arab stations, continuing to train editors, report preparers and television investigations on the skill of writing for the image, and always resorting to the use of social networking sites to know the interests of the audience.  And the most controversial topics raised by them.
