The Divine Test in the Noble Qur’an in the Light of Contemporary Interpretations A Study of its Educational Effects

There is a set of systems and laws in life upon which the educational system of man is based and which determine his function in human life for the sake of its moral and spiritual integrity. The Holy Qur’an paid great attention to the educational aspect of man and directing him to the right direction to reach educational and moral progress, including the divine test, how to deal with it, its educational effects for man, and what is in his benefit and interest, to elevate him spiritually, morally and intellectually.The discussion of our research, which is entitled: (The Divine Test in the Noble Qur’an in the Light of Contemporary Interpretations (A Study in its Educational Effects) in three chapters: Sometimes the divine wisdom of testing may be in order to purify the believer from sins, raise the levels of the believer and clarify the reality of people and their minerals, accountability and evaluation, and the trial may have reasons: such as qualification and preparation, for building and integrity, or it may be for accountability and evaluation, and in the Qur’anic context there are types The trials and trials of previous nations and prophets: such as being afflicted with costs, with misfortune and adversity, with ease and prosperity, and affliction with punishment.The educational effects of the divine test according to contemporary interpretations: such as not being vain in life, being patient, being truthful in word and deed, showing humility and not being arrogant, displaying forbearance and forgiveness, and being faithful to the covenant. Exalted be He, drawing close to God and raising his status, the reward prepared for them, distinguishing between the believer and the unbeliever, and purifying the soul.
