Ahmad Shoghi, nicknamed “Amir al-Shoara” and “Amir the Poet,” has written poetry in many poetic fields. Some of his poems and collections are known as Shogheyyah. For this reason, he is one of the great contemporary classical poets who has combined literature and religion in his poetry and, for this reason, has found a popular position. His poems, Nahj al-Bardeh and Al-Hamziyyah al-Nabawiyyah, are famous. The Nahj al-Barda ode is one of the most beautiful and wonderful poems written by the great poet, and its verses are adorned. This ode is composed in praise of the great Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and in the style of the ode of Bardata Al-Busiri. In this poem, the poet uses the rhyme of Bardata Al-Busiri, in which the poet speaks about the miracles of the Prophet (PBUH) and historical facts that occurred in the age of prophecy, such as the story of Isra, the intercession of the Prophet on the Day of Judgment, and tawassul to the Prophet.
Bardata al-Busiri’s ode is also in praise of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), which was liked and praised by many poets, and many poets have imitated its metre and rhyme, including Ahmad Shoghi, with the very famous Nahj al-Barda ode. In addition, according to the researcher’s results, the Nahj al-Bardeh ode of Ahmad Shoghi is famous not only for its glory and beautiful meanings, but also for the simplicity of the words and ease of understanding for the reader.
This ode is also one of the longest poems by Ahmad Shoghi, which consists of 190 verses.
Due to his interest in the science of syntax and prophetic praise, the researcher chose the ode of Nahj al-Bardah and its diacritics (analysis and composition). In addition, this ode has not been explained in Arabic diacritics so far.
The important point about this research is that it can be a good model for those who are looking to learn Arabic, including students, professors, etc.
This descriptive-analytical method tries to provide a complete grammatical review of the ode of Nahj al-Bardeh at the noun level.
