The American psychological warfare on Al-Hurra Network has combined various political, economic, and diplomatic tools, and has launched a massive propaganda war on all fronts to achieve America’s political and economic goals. This policy focuses on several factors to control public opinion; Confidentiality, deception, misleading, suspicion, sedition and crisis among the citizens of Iraqi society are also the characteristics of the agents of this war.

This research intends to analyze the content of Al-Hurra network media materials, which it examines by examining the “Al-Hurra Tahrira” program from the beginning, ie 2018 to 2021; The sample population of this study is 16 parts of this program, which is dedicated to Iraq.

The focus of this research is on psychological methods from the point of view of Al-Hurra channel trustees, tools, content and network contacts. This psychological warfare begins with (the White House, the President, the Secretary of State, the bloggers and the MBC Middle East Broadcasting Center) and then manifests itself verbally (speeches, TV shows, social media messages, and activities); In a way, they address various topics to the Iraqi society, including the non-observance of the rules of social behavior, the weakening of self-confidence and the lack of respect for role models.

In this study, the researcher has used the descriptive research method of analysis, through which the results that the research wants can be obtained and the correct results can be achieved by using the analytical categories extracted from the program.

 The number of these analysis categories reaches 91 sub-categories and 15 main categories, which are: time classification, information resources category, written resources category, guest category, intellectual approach category, report subject category, intended objectives category, used language category, category The method of showing scenes, the category of dialogue frameworks, the category of news samples, the category of religions and sects, the category of concepts and ideas, the category of methods of psychological warfare.

This study concludes that psychological warfare on the Al-Hurra channel and the “Al-Hurra Tahrira” program was pursued through the media material published for the Iraqi audience, using several psychological methods, which focus on the method of propaganda, promotion, Misleading and crisis realization achieved. It also focuses on other psychological concepts and ideas that affect the depth of Iraqi society; Concepts that try to confuse the mind and engage society in issues that are far removed from the truth of its life. Psychological warfare has been waged to achieve the goals that the US government is pursuing.
