The researcher is through this study ((Public Relations Performance of the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture)) to see the nature of the work and performance of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and the role you can play in building advanced and developed management in accordance with scientific frameworks and disclosure The behavior of employees towards employees of the ministry or Iraqi citizens.
The researcher has chosen a random sample of 68 people where sex, age, age, scientific, jobs and workshops have chosen and work. Applied analytical gradual through the opinion of the face of the face to the Republicans are benefiting from previous studies and theoretical frameworks for the role of public relations in building advanced management and confusing sources, as well as statistical systems according to recent studies, and the researcher has reached the following results:
- The performance of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Agriculture has not reached the appropriate location for the proper tasks in accordance with the concept of advanced and sophisticated management, which is shown through limited powers and location of the section – which follows the Office of the Minister – the organizational structure of the Ministry.
- The ability of workers in the Public Relations and Media Department – from the perspective of internal and external audience – is due to lack of specialization in the field of public relations, media and communication.
- The focus of the ministry with its internal audience is limited through certain frameworks through the working conditions that have not been linked to the level required by their workers, and the attention of external occurrence was not the best way compared to its internal audience.
- The method of dealing with the means of communication with the external public in processing proposals and building ties used is traditional compared with developments and transformations in the field of communication, especially public relations in advanced management.
The researcher recommended the Department of Public Relations in the Ministry with greater qualifying courses for employees and motivating them more positive with internal and external reports to build an advanced management of Iraqi society and conduct an administrative corruption to the best production phase.
