This research aims to answer this main question: (What was the mood of Fatemiyoun courtiers about slander?) and in order to reach the appropriate results for this question, the researcher started collecting historical data from various sources. Then study and examine them and find an accurate answer to the research question. After that, he divided the chapters of the research. First chapter; It includes the generalities of the research, which includes the introduction, statement of the problem, etc. Part II; It deals with the meaning of ethics in the language and term and the meaning of the court or government of Fatemiun; It also reveals the meaning of slander in the language, its term and meaning in the Qur’an and the Prophet’s book. Second chapter; It examines slander among military commanders and government governors. Because the army was considered the backbone of the Fatemiyoun government and benefited from various western elements led by Katama and Eltis. Also, the use of elements of Turkish who to achieve military position during the reign of the Fatimid Aziz Balleh Caliph. Among the most important slander among the soldiers, the slander of Yaqub bin Kals regarding Johar Saqlabi and the slanderof Sadaqa bin Yusuf Fallahi regarding Saad Testari and the slander of Hasan bin Ali Yazouri can be mentioned. The second part examines the slander of the governors, and the most important slander of Isa bin Nestorius is towards Hasan bin Ammar, and this research examines slanderof Ma’mun Bataehi by Afzal bin Badr Jamali and also the slander of Ma’moun Bataehi. The third part criticizes slander in management positions. There were several branches of management posts during the Fatemiyoun period. Most of them were in charge of military commanders. Therefore, most of the ministers in the Fatemiyoun government, during the period of its first caliphs, had passed through managerial positions step by step. Chapter III; It included slander between judges, scientists and thinkers. The courthouse in Egypt was considered one of the most important parts of the government, based on which the Fatimid government was formed. And for this purpose, Adalatkhane had many speakers. The second part was slander among scientists. The third part criticizes the slander of Fatemiyoun jurists. Due to their religious beliefs, the Fatimites formed a minority government. Which caused them to be disapproved by the mother government. And the activity of the Sunni jurists against the Ismaili jurists in Egypt fueled many slanders. And the most important of them was the slander of Yaqub bin Kels.
