The title of this study is “The Jurisdiction of the Supreme Administrative Court in Iraq and the Administrative Court of Justice in Iran، a Comparative Study.” The Administrative Court is one of the special judicial authorities، and its law was approved on 11/11/1360 and its procedures have been amended several times so far. In August 2013، the new law of the said court was approved and entered into force. One of the most important objectives of the study is to evaluate the efficiency of administrative judges according to the supervision of the Administrative Judiciary Court on the administrative procedures of judges in Iran and Iraq. And comparing the supervision of the Administrative Court of Justice with the supervision of the President of the Islamic Consultative Assembly in Iran and Iraq، The main question is، what is the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in Iraq and the Court of Administrative Judiciary in Iran? The court is considered to have general jurisdiction in the administrative judiciary of Iran. In matters of general jurisdiction، the Iraqi Administrative Court of First Instance is based on the jurisdiction of the Court. Among the most important findings of the study are: The court has general jurisdiction in administrative disputes in Iran and in legal (civil) cases stipulated in the law of this authority، and has special and exceptional jurisdiction، Iraqi judicial oversight as a limited oversight system through which a judge’s jurisdiction، purpose، and criteria are defined and defined; It can protect the interests of citizens without being affected by the surrounding circumstances and conditions.
