The relationship between syntax and semantics has been one of the most controversial issues, from the past to the present. In the meantime, the theories that advocate the existence of a relationship between the disciplines of linguistics, including those between syntax and semantics، seem more correct. Arabic is known for its comprehensiveness, multiplicity of structures، meanings and synonyms of distinct words and terms, and this feature makes it one of the most difficult but interesting languages, because there are always many meanings and terms for a word، and it is not limited to one meaning، but its meaning varies according to its position in the sentence. The Holy Qur’an is a miraculous book in its lexical structure and linguistic applications,  and it challenged them with its revelation to the Arab people, and this challenge continues to this day and to the end of the world. Hence, it is natural for the reader to try to understand the linguistic formulations in the Holy Qur’an، and it is also natural for the reader to use modern mechanisms that can be useful for understanding this miracle. Therefore, among the surahs of the Holy Quran, the lottery fell on the surah “Fussilat, ” since it has not been studied in terms of style before, as far as the researcher knows، and it is a moderate surah in terms of the number of verses, which allows the researcher to examine them from different perspectives and reveal the secrets and expressive miracles of the Qur’an, which helps to understand the technical features of the language of the Holy Qur’an. This research has been done based on contemplation and looking at this surah، and some semantic issues related to syntactic methods such as: advance and delay, Maarfa and Nakra، noun phrase and verb phrase، the tools of emphasis and condition, are discussed. In this research, the researcher seeks to find the manifestations of linguistic, virtual, and grammatical miracles، and the researcher examines these manifestations with a practical study in order to clarify their dimensions and reveal their expressive value.
