The main purpose of this study is to examine the pathology of the occupation of Iraq by the Americans and the consequences and effects of remaining from this occupation on the popular sovereignty of Iraq and its impact on neighboring countries. This has several basic components that include (borders, values, Security) and the main research questions are based on this. In addition, the research has tried to examine the concept of occupation, sovereignty and the impact of these two and analyze the role of sovereignty in the variables and events resulting from the Iraq-Iran war and issues related to US leadership in the international system and emphasis on the concept of the Middle East. Describe the general and the Persian Gulf in particular. This study also examines the issue of the US occupation of Iraq as one of its first real and unrealistic motives and how the Iraqi people behave and interact with it during and after the war, which has become a reality. And examines the legal connections and compatibility claimed by the international coalition and how the occupiers reconciled with the people in both positive and negative aspects. In this study, using the method of systems analysis and theories of systems and systems, we examined the consequences and problems that resulted from the US occupation of Iraq and the results related to the consequences of the US occupation in Iraq. And neighboring countries because it has been influential in matters related to borders and this regime has tried to change the political maps of the Middle East by presenting new plans, in addition to the value and regional consequences that with the groups The regime has tried to act as a kind of strategy in the occupation phase and after the occupation, but in relation to the third consequence, which is the security consequences, it should be said that the neighboring countries are witnessing the development of roles abroad. This has had a negative impact on the stability of the country and the region as a whole, in addition to the hegemony and widespread American hegemony over the region after the occupation of Iraq, because Iraq, as a strategically and economically important country, And security in the Persian Gulf region
