The translation of part 4 of “Code of Jewish Law” With a comparative introduction on Sharaye Al Islam

One of the important field of each religion is its practices. This theises,which is compiled in two chapters,is about Islamic and Jewish jurisprudence. Remained and noticeable works show the importance of jurisprudence in these two religions. One of these works in Judaism is the book Shulhan Arukh which is written by Yusof Caro. This book which is of great importance among Jews was summarized in 19^th century and called Kizzur Shulhan Arukh. In 1961 this book was translated by Heyman Goldin and named Code of Jewish Law. First chapter of this writing is a translation of 4^th chapter of Code of Jewish Law. Since there are capabalities in Islamic and Judaism jurisprudence ,in the second chapter Islamic and Jewish jurisprudence are going to be compared by these two books: Sharaye al-Islam,which is a source book in Islamic jurisprudence,and Code of Jewish Law. Comparabale capabalities can be interesting: branches of jurisprudence,use of the verses of The Holy Quran and The Bible and traditions,saying of the scholars,principles and use of them. In fact in this writing there is no judgement about deficencies or any other aspects of them,So the way of religions recognition would be paved.
