The term religious movements (NRMs) today is a phenomenon that defined as special Undrstanthing on God,humanbing  and universe. New  spirituality based on religious experence and pravatizationof religion are  some modern world features. New satanism among these movements has a specific view on above mentioned titles presents itself as epistomological,philosophical ground.Current study concerns with this issue based on historical and sociological approach and states that this theachings is not only new but also traced back to history and believe that modern satanism is a product of sorcery of Middle ages.  In this research,at first,theoritical aspects of new religious Movements will be  discussed and based on research questions,what is satanism? and what kind of act does it cover in Iran? This research methodology is a case _ study research.
