Among the meaningful teachings of  Islam  ,the more emphasis is based on the knowledge and searching the knowledge, and almighty God, the first teacher of the mankind, begins the theaching, encourages the humans to be situated in this way. But here there are verses and traditions illustrating the shortcomings of the knowledge, and the great figuresincluding ebn-e-arabi and Imam Khomeini assert that the science is the greatest blockings and if a person fails to comply  with ,that science enters into this mortal damnations, and a great torture comes to him or her , thus instead of being a great fortune for him, it easily becomes his or her sin and  a great blockings for him or her. How comes that science is sometimes praised and sometimes condemned.some factors like worldy life loves,envay,arrogance,pride…..are major obstacles in this matter and among them the important one is knowledgewithout the  performance. Most of  traditions and religious texts emphasize on necessity of   starting with the stage of purgation and purenessby the scientist and trainee and abolishing the sins in order to notentering into that darkness. This paper tries to describe and analyse the problem in the perspective of the  liberary .
