This Thesis entitled» The Agreements of Islamic schools of Fiqh in Ḥadj by mentioning their reasons «intends to work on the united ideas of Islamic schools of Fiqh- Shiite, Malikyyah, Shafiʻiyyah, Ḥanafiyyah, Ḥanbaliyyah- in Ḥadj in order to demonstrate the integration of Islamic schools of Fiqh in Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence). Because from the writer’s point of view regarding most issues, Islamic schools of Fiqh are in agreement with each other but since in the present books on comparative Islamic Jurisprudence ,the focus is mostly on different aspects, what comes to the mind of the reader is that Islamic schools of Fiqh have a lot of differences in Jurisprudence; and some separate a sect from the others by fueling these differences. Here by mentioning random issues, the followers of different sects are made aware that the ideas of their jurisprudents on most issues are unanimous. This thesis tends to prove the integrity of Islamic schools of Fiqh in terms of the Fatwas (judgments), and the sects’ jurisprudents’ perspectives in the majority of the issues of Ḥadj ,with evidence. In order to reach this objective, we separate the random issues by referring to all of the primary sources and reasons in all of the issues of Ḥadj. Then in approving that, there is a sample of the perspectives of the jurisprudents of the different sects and finally their evidence is mentioned from the Similarities and differences point of view . The important matter is that Schools in any issue with many branches differ in one or a few cases but agree in most branches. For example they differ in trying between Safa and Marwa being a foundation (Rokn) or not but they agree in most branches like the necessity and the location of doing that, the number of going round kaaba ,initiating from Ṣafa Mountain and ending at Marwa mountain.
