Water and Environment Issue From the Perspective of Religious Faiths

Current  research  aims at clarifying the status of environmental issues related to water in Shiite jurisprudence  and  other  religious  schools has  been  developed. Therefore, jurisprudence to  environmental  issues  of  water  and  using  the  Capacities  latent  in  infallible  Scripture  and  tradition  and  legal  arguments  in  order  to  promote  cultural  and  religious  understanding  of  environmental  protection   of  water  is  taken. By  analyzing  some  of   Shiite  jurisprudence  and  other  religious  sect (Sunni) and  some  of  the  general  Principles  are  the  secret  law  of  dynamics  pay  to  above  issue  deals. according to  the  legal  argument for the  necessity  of  protecting the water  resources environmental has been established. And  the  legal  arguments  presented against any such Loos, corruption  and waste  water  environment  in  the  water resources is  a  task  and  belongs  the  sanctity  of  religious  injunction  , and  in  addition, because  of  waste  of  human  rights  and  other  legal  obligation  is  a Situation  wheneby  Sentences .
