Researching On The Women Social Status In Quran And Hebrew Bible

Today women as a factor in the degradition of excellence has been the focus of many thinkers . Different and sometimes confliting views and opinions presented in the scientific community about the social status of women is one of the most challenging issues of the past to present. Searching on different views about the status of women suggest that sometimes the root of many extremes is a sacredtextes. Significans analysis of  scriptures on this issue would seem more than ever . Infact, religious books such as Quran and the Hebrew Bible not only have talked  the status of women but also have taken astnd on it. mentioned books have different stances and attitudes toward the social status of women, but both of them look at thise issue Fundamentally and follow it under two bases, Human and social dignity. These books show the human dignity of women through the story of creating, the relation of evil and women and finaly by their statments and show social dignity of women through conditions women should observ in society and different roles of women in the community. Therefor these basic principles have been followed in the writing of the research. The other point which considered in the writing of the research is that although many people according to the attitudes of religious books give lower or upper position to women, but we show through evidence and verses of these books, that the main factor in determining social status of women is the women,s definitions of their human and  social dignity. Infact, Quran and Hwbrew Bible mention dignified women which in different roles including personal or social roles such as motherhood or prophecy and statesmanship could be introduced as prefect human. Against this group, there are women which are the symbole of astray human. However, they are in a high level and position of the society such as queen or the prophet’s wife, but they have inferiority human dignity and This is because of   their deeds and actions not their gender. As telling the story of astraymen doesn’t  mean that the gender of men are astray , telling the story of astraywomen also doesn’t mean that the women are astray. Astraymen and women are just the symbole of astray human. In view of Quran and Hwbrew Bible women’s attention to unstable features apparent, misuse and abusage of their gender degrade their status. On the other hand attention to spiritual dimensions and correct use of sexual and physical features  upgrade the women’s social status. So the definition and attitude of women a bout their gender is determing factor in explaining women’s social status.
