The present thesis looks at the hierarchical structure among Iranian and Indian tribes based in Avestan, Vedic trainings. The first emergence of social classes happened by arrival of Ariayie tribes to Iran and followed by their settlement in India. Concepts such as Berahmanan, Keshterieh, Vaishie, and Shoudareh confirm this trend. The issue of social class is of great importance and in this regard, first the concept of classes and Kast system. Afterward, the social classes in Indian tribes were studied based in Vedic texts, and regarding Iranian tribes Avestan texts were used. Furthermore, a comparison between the two tribe system of Iranian and Indian was conducted.
