Imam Abu Hanifeh is one of the most important Fiqh leaders of Muslims and leader of the biggest Fiqh Denomination across the world. At the present time, hundred millions of Muslims Follow Him. In spite of that, Most scholars accuse him of opposition with Ahl e Beit, because they are not aware of his cooperation and companion with Ahl e Beit in all of their uprisings against Banu Amayyeh and Banu Abbas leaders and his martyrdom was because of protection of religion and Ahl e Beit. He also is accused of ignoring Hadith and intending to comparison. In this thesis, relation of Ahl e Beit with Sahabeh is studied. In my opinion Ahl e Beit under Islam thought tried to save the society from separation and disintegration and the content of many sources are on contrary to Imam Bagher and Imam Sadegh views about Raashedin Caliphs, but I accept that every figure has special view in explaining religion but their aim is to lead society to God and then Imam Sadegh Said:” Abu Bakr was equal to my ancestor”. Imam Bagher and Imam Sadegh seized the opportunity to lead Muslims Ideas to right religion at the age of conflict between Banu Amayyeh and Banu Abbas dynasty. Therefore Most of scholars such as “Abu Hanifeh” introduce them as leaders of religious and natural affairs. Abu Hanifeh tried to spread Ahl e Beit ideas and views in the places where it was nearly impossible. He got all of his fiqh views from Ahl e Beit scholars. Uprising of zeid can be said is one the most important Islamic movements after the martyrdom of Imam Hussein that bewared people of Banu Amayyeh oppressions.
