The present research which is under the title of “Hanafite religious decision jurisprudence” is studied in documents of Bokhara muftis related to Qajar Period. In fact, it investigates unique hand-written documents not published yet from Bokhara. In addition to revival in the form of readout and correction, the author has tried to conform these documents with similar cases in text, and some of constituents analysis with regard to manuscript of Jameo – Shattat from Mirza Ghomi. It’s a remarkable point that in the period of Agha Mohammad khan, backwards and a few after him, Qajar reign had dominated over a vast territories in the eastern parts of Iran including Bokhara. Thus it had been in Iran territory, and they were very close to each other culturally. In the matter of language, Persian language had been common between them, though they followed two different religions. Although it has been tried to introduce documents, mostly this effort has been unprocessed and without simultaneity and even sometimes it has been adequate to insert pictures accompanied by document subject statement or primary categorizing. Our discussed documents are considered to be significant from numerical points of view; including: Documents originality, Being sealed by that region’s muftis, Referral to more than fourteen references on the margins of these documents, Their predominant literature, Proposal of various juridical questions as the lawsuit and in the form of mufti queries to the Islamic judge. Totally this task is conducted in four sections: Introductions, Structural subjects, Readout and apposition and constituents’ analysis. In the part of stylistic readout which is preserved in Isfahan endowed documents, this work has been under consideration, in a way that after original Text readout, the documents marginal notes have been inserted under the title of below and right marginal and ascendant and descendant national identity cards and the available seals are completely brought after the seal rime and their forms quotation.
