The present study has been compiled with the aim of explaining the jurisprudential-religious criteria of the local book on the works of Ibn Hazm Zaheri. Ibn Hazm’s writings are considered as important sources of apparent religion. One of his most important books is Al-Mahli Balazar in the field of jurisprudence. The contents of this research are generally presented in three chapters, each of which has several sections. In the first chapter of this research, the generalities of the research (importance and necessity, research background, etc.) are stated. The second chapter, entitled Thematic Studies, has three parts, in the first part of which Ibn Hazm is introduced, in the second part the position of jurisprudential rules is stated, and in the third part the book Al-Mahali is introduced. The third chapter, entitled the jurisprudential-religious criteria of the local book Al-Balahar (from the beginning of the book of purity to the end of the book of Zakat) has four sections. In the first part, the jurisprudential-religious criteria of the book of purity and in the second part, the jurisprudential-religious criteria of the book of Salah, in the third part, the jurisprudential-religious criteria of the Zakat book, and in the fourth part, the jurisprudential-religious criteria of the book of I’tikaaf are stated. It is placed in such a way that first the purpose of the rule, then the arguments of the rule and then the subdivisions of each rule are stated. In the end, the conclusion and conclusion of the discussion is presented. The result of the research is that the study of Ibn Hazm’s books as one of the effective jurists in jurisprudence, especially the local book can have a great impact on access to jurisprudential rules because many jurisprudential rules in this The book is raised.
