Among all branches of jurisprudence there are lots of rules that are limited with special quantity or quality or specific place and distance or particular time or weight. And of these limitation most performed carefully and completely , According to the legal principle which negate and forbid negligence in doing the limited rules and not allowed to do them with customary negligence and carelessness . In this theses we studying the all aspect of this legal principle concept, content, evidence and domain or referents, and finally the some jurisprudential which are coincided with this principle and the idea of different jurisprudential schools about them.
