The study of the view of cosmology in mystical schools is of the utmost importance. Kabbalah mysticism and Islamic mysticism have got a lot in common in cosmology due to their Abrahamic origins. In both mystical schools, topics such as the essence, stages of the essence, divinity, grades of self-disclosure, world of qualitative Names, creation, the Perfect Man, and the role of evil have been considered. Many persons either in Jewish or Islamic mysticism have tried to explain from the sociological perspective; therefore, in both mystical schools this view of the universe has been evolutionized. In Islamic mysticism, Ibn Arabi with profound vision performed an important role in explaining the perspective of Islamic mystical cosmology. Similar to this view, in Kabbalah mysticism one of the important branches of Jewish mysticism in “Zohar” has been proposed that performs a significant role in the development of Jewish mysticism. Comparing of cosmology view in Islamic mysticism and Kabbala mysticism, in addition to explaining the creation of the world in these two schools, the distinction between the mystical views of these two schools are going to be illustrated clearer.
