Obviously one of the important dogmatic doctrines of Catholic Church is doctrine of infallibility. This doctrine ratified and legalized in the first Vatican Council. Catholic Church believes that when Pope speaks as a leader of Catholic Church about faith and moral matters for all of the followers of Catholic Church, it means that he is definitely infallible and it is obligatory for all of the Christians to follow and obey all of his words, provisionsand circulars. According to Catholic Church’s viewpoint, everyone, which has negative stance about this, deserves excommunication. In addition, Esmat (infallibility) in Shiite is very important in such a waythat if a person denies it, he is considered a non –Muslim. The duty of infallible Imams and persons in Shiite is to protect religion and guide believers of society. Great Shiite scholars such as ShiekhMofid, ShiekhSadogh and Sobhani have written many books about infallibility and its feature in Shiite.
