Legal analysis of the issue and the verdict doubt The essential dogma and religion

In this article we explain about doubt in doctrine and necessity of religion. After explanation of nature of doubt, Shaare’s attitude about this doubt has been analyzed. Doubt in doctrine and necessity of religion cleaves into two parts: research doubt and destruction doubt. In research doubt we can see positive side mean man can go into correct ideology by research and reasoning by using this doubt. Research doubt has been praised in Islam in Holy Quran and many of Hadiths because of it is introduction into certainty so it guides people into progress. We named this doubt “research doubt”. In religious scholars attitude every religious man must have correct and strong doctrine based on logic. Second kind of doubt is destruction doubt. This doubt makes man temptation and he will not try to detoxify this doubt but he denies the bright truth and make doubt in other man mind. This doubt if continue because of its obstinacy and out of reasoning goes to heresy that it has punishment in Shaare. We have been investigated research doubt in chapter 2 and destruction doubt and heresy as a criterion in chapter 3.
