Monitoring of endowment is one of the many sides of religious endowment, which named endowment foundation by jurisconsults. A person who is monitoring of endowment affairs, idiomatically, spectator or administrator endowment. The first duty of custodian of endowment is to keep endowment and use its income, as much as possible, according to intentions of persons property endowed for him. Another important duty of custodian is doing his best to increase its gainfulness. In Islamic jurisprundence there has been induced some orders and conditions for custodian of endowment. This essay has assessed the jrisprundencial orders of Imamiate and shafiate about endowment in three parts. The author of this essay has explained the terminologies associated to the subject and then comment on headlines about endowment. The second chapter of this essay has been allocated to assessment of jrisprundecial orders of endowment according to immiate and regulated in five disputes. In this chapter headlines such as custodianship, tasks of custodian, the rent of property, wage of custodian, controlling on endowment, and annexation of the trustee has been disputed. In the third chapter of this essay, jrispundecial orders of custodianship in accord with shafiate has been discussed. Discussions such as custodianship to endowment, duties of the custodian and his free will and options, his wage, his control on endowment has been discussed. The end of this essay is a summary of all matter has been discussed in previous chapters.
