The importance of halal food halal food led to Muslim countries to launch today an important place among Islamic countries and even non-Muslim has found the proper motivation to study and promote this. Halal food must be in compliance with Shariah principles, one of which the principles of permissibility and impermissibility of land animals, which is responsible for writing it. But the important point is that Islam has several schools that may in some instances principles and halal food have differences. Due to the broad and integrated research has been done on this issue!   The question of the permissibility and impermissibility foundations, the problem that needs exploring is the appropriate response phase. This study aimed to identify the limits of the principles of permissibility and impermissibility of land animals between religions and noted the similarities and differences in animals and to achieve this target in light of the description and analysis of the propositions of Islamic Sects with data collection library is possible as a result of it, very little legal difference is that in the discussion of the principles of permissibility and impermissibility of land animals and there are examples of them.
