Regarding the First perspective, with examining the internal and external structure of Imam Javad’s letters, this effort was done that in addition to access to the format of Imam Javad’s letters, the difference or adaptation of his letters to the common way of letter-writing in the time of Imam Javad gets clear. In examining the external structure, matters such as the number of letters, type of letters, stationery, system of letter-transmission, the letter’s main carrier and source of letter-transmission were examined and dealt with. In examining internal structure, matters such as beginning and ending of letters, sender and how he is addressed, receiver and his position, letter’s length and inner citations were examined. Regarding the second perspective, letters were examined in terms of content.in this part, at first flows of thinking were introduced then with analyzing the content of Imam’s letters and recognizing basic and adjunct matters and classifying them,Imam and Shias’ main mental concerns through examining the content of letters got clear and in all mentioned items, statistics and statistical studies were bases of analysis and research. The most important achievement of this study is that lack of arrangement and specific pattern in Imam javad’s way of letter-writing was because of defect in way of letter-transmission in texts. Because narrators abridged text of letters and they only reported the intended parts and  rewrote and preserved those parts which consisted of  Imam javad’s juridical commends more emphatically.
