Non-reonstructive cosmetic surgeries, which is performed only for facial beauty and not for medical necessity, have increased along with the legal and ethical challenges. Considering the various types of these surgeries, and the necessity of recognizing the ethic and moral decree for them, this research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method and by collecting information in a library method. The main issue is finding a jurisprudential ruling and a moral decree for cosmetic or plastic surgeries. In terms of jurisprudence, the decree for reconstructive surgeries is the permission. After reviewing the quotes and the reasons, we arrived at the conclusion that non- reconstructive cosmetic surgeries have the initial permission and the likeness, and only with secondary titles such as haram’s opinion, extravagance, resemblance to the opposite sex, and so on. , have considered forbidden. The decree of the physician depends on conditions, and the condition of the transplantation of organs from others in these types of surgeries, in different forms situations is different. The legal requirement is always accompanied by a moral obligation. In non- reconstructive cosmetic surgeries, if the obligatory secondary title is such as sanctity, a moral decree will come as a sentence. The goodness and badness of these surgeries is the function of its the result and motive, the intention or consequence of the abusive is morally considered to be bad, and if it is the motive and the good result, then it is also good. If none of these titles apply, cosmetic or plastic surgeries are the instance of a natural and not ethical act.
