the discussion of the legitimacy of child worship has been one of the most important questions in the jurisprudence and the islamic jurists have expressed different voices about it. According to the importance of the subject, there are issues such as how children are doing about worship and whether their worship is legitimate and what works of this worship is. In this research, the comparative study of the issue between the two religins of Imamiyah and Sha’fiyyah is expressed to identify the points of occurrence and differentiation. Here are tow major discussions the first is the review of the status quo based on the actions of the child in the Imamate and Shafi’i jurisprudence and second the effects of the situation are loaded. this research is fundamental, and can have a great influence on the integrity of the unity between the Imams and Shafi’ye religions due to their proximity, hope to be used by students and missionaries and despite the views and opinions on the legitimacy of children’s worship in Imamieh and Shafeeh jurisprudence. they have gathered these comments in the Internet library and artiches and the opinions of the two religions in this regard are summarized and compared. So, after dealing with the general concepts in the first chapter, in the next three chapters, the legitimacy of prayer and fasting of the child and its effects, Zakat and khums of the child and its effects, and the child’s pilgrimage and its effects are discussed. The result of the research shows that there is no difference between the scholars of Imamieh and Shafieh about the legitimacy of the prayers and fasting of the children, except for Zakat, that the scholars of the Imamate consider the maturity to be obligatory, and the condition is obligatory, and they do know the condition.
