One of the important issues among Islamic jurists of different sects is the issue of “Salavat for the Prophet’s Ahl al-Bayt “. The purpose of Salavat on Ahl al-Bayt is the same special mention that Muslims in various Islamic sects give to the Messenger of Allah, the Sahaba, that in principle the legitimacy of this Salavat for Ahl al-Bayt among the Islamic jurisprudents is unanimous, but in particular the quality of this Salavat and its generalizations and examples, jurisprudents of various Islamic religions, disagree, and each has a different point of view on this issue. The jurisprudents of the Imāmī religion, in addition to the Prophet of Allah, are also legitimate in regard to Ahl al-Bayt and in obligatory or recommended circumstances. Some Sunni jurisprudents also agree on this issue. In contrast to some jurisprudents of the Sunni religions, it is in the denial of the necessity or cause of salvation for the people of the land. Accordingly, this research has focused on the issue of Salavat on Ahl al-Bayt from the point of view of the jurisprudents of Islamic religions, in which the various topics and topics related to this issue have been explained from the perspective of the jurisprudents of various Islamic religions. In the first chapter, the concepts and generalizations and some important terminology related to the topic of discussion such as Salavat, Ahl al-Bayt, jurisprudential religions (khumsa) are discussed. The second chapter focuses on the importance and importance of the issue of versatility and religion from the perspective of the Imamate and the Sunnah. In the third chapter of Salavat, the Prophet’s household from the viewpoint of Imamiyyah jurisprudence has been discussed. The fourth issue deals with the Salavat of the Prophet’s Ahlul-Bayt from the point of Sunni jurisprudence. The two sides are Salavat, the Prophet, with absolute title, Salavat for the the Salavat for the Prophets, Salavat for the Ahl al-Bayt, Salavat for the Ahl al-Bayt in the Sermons and the Friday Prayer Sermon. This research is aimed at answering the main and the main questions in the plan, avoiding the controversy and highlighting the differences in this regard, to investigate and analyze the relevant data through the transition of the library research in the field of jurisprudence, the point of understanding and Provide a united and equal position in line with contemporary jurisprudence. It is hoped that the mention of Salavat on Ahl al-Bayt as an important and common slogan among all the followers of Islamic religions, and this will bring about the unity of the various Islamic religions and their closer proximity to each other.
