The subject of this treatise is about the rebellion against the ruler from the point of view of Shia and Sunni jurisprudence, and in particular from the jurisprudential point of view of Sheikh Tusi and Muverddi. In the first chapter, Imamieh’s point of view will be the emphasis on Sheikh Tusi’s thought. In this view, according to the theory of Imamate and appointment that are two basic axis in Shi’a political jurisprudence, Sheikh Tusi forbids rebellion against Imam as the ruler and allows about the non-innocent rulers on some conditions. In the second chapter, the emphasis on the concept of caliphate and choice as the basis of Sunni jurisprudence is considered, and according to this principle, the innocent and non-innocent exodus on the ruler is conditional on conditions such as justice and etc. At the end, the views of these two thinkers are shared and differentiated.
