Nowadays, social experts believe that women can no longer be viewed as a gender issue, but rather that sustainable development and national security require the actual presence of women in society. And that view requires widespread cultural rethinking in societies. In the Copenhagen doctrine, women as a half of the population of any country have a specific identity and require social and political security. Women’s security includes culture, education, ideology, nutrition, fertility, health, and so on by empowering them effectively, the national security of each country becomes more stable and wider. This change in the gender system is a global process because the notions of male dominance over female gender have changed identity. Publication ((Book of People, States, and Fear)) The source of security has been changed from government to individuals and society. For this doctrine education, economics and the media, especially cyberspace, will lead women to dissent about their own identities and thus international security. The family is effective in educating the next generation in every country and in every cultural and political structure, and women have the most to play in the development of the next generation. The need for sustainable development and national security in every country is to accord equal and equal attention to women’s rights, such as men’s rights, which, if ignored, will in the long run destroy the dominant society. Global change has affected Iranian women ‘s identities and dynamic minds, so imperative factors and the prohibition of some of their rights in society are considered a major threat to their security and loss of identity. With the scientific and educational opportunities provided by the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iranian women, women are seeking the standard life and quality of physical and mental health, economic well-being and active participation in political decision-making, which are among their basic rights.
