Man needs to communicate with the people of society in accordance with the nature of God according to which He created him. But since man on the one hand needs to be physically and sexually in touch with the people of society and on the other hand is the only creature that is bound by the divine commandments and duties to perform them, God also has laws for him to communicate with others. And it has enacted decrees that man must act within the framework of these laws. Among the divine laws about man, his social relationships with different people, God depending on the type of need He has introduced some individuals and groups to meet the spiritual and physical and physical needs of his family, She is referring to relative mahram and has recommended marriage and a sedentary relationship to address her sexual need. In the meantime, a group has been restrained by lactation and consent to human beings, finding the right to privacy. But as stated, these relationships and their manner must be confirmed by jurisprudential rulings in order not to deter one from guiding them, so in the present study, the jurists’ view of what a means of confidentiality and communication is. What are their differences and opinions on this issue?
