Mirza Muhammad Ali Bin Mirza Abdul Hussain Bin Muhammad Ali Isfahani(born in 1212 AH), the morality student of Masoum Ali Shah Deccani(born in 1212 AH), was a celebrated and eminent Nematollahi Sufi in the late 12th and early 13th centuries. His dignity was to such an extent that he was called “Khalifa al-Khulafa and al-Morshidin” and “Nur-ol-Shah”. Regardless of his thoughtful meetings with some mystic scholars, he was denounced by some theosophists and his Sufi tendencies were believed to mislead the public. Nonetheless, he believed in the Shi’ite religion and the orders of Nematollahi, and considered the “adherence to the Shari’a” to be an introduction to the “Tariqa” and “Truth”. It is transpicious that recounting the mystical works of Shiites such as Mirza Muhammad Ali Isfahani who consciously sought to the “explication of Shi’ite epistemic system” is a step forward to achieving “the epistemic system based on verses and narratives.” This research tried to obtain a more detailed reading of “Islamic mysticism” by describing and analyzing the content and method of the literary works of Nour al-Shah Isfahani. Hence, the goodwill of Isfahani and his disciples to “mysticism” and “Shi’ism” seems enough to accommodate his mystical system. This system, in accordance with the general order in any epistemology, deals with the discovery and redevelopment of epistemology, ontology, theology, cosmology, anthropology, and then the basis of education and its practical approach.
