A group of contemporaneous scholars use newfound expression Wilayat Takwini for expressing some of Aemeh’s grandeur. Wilayat Takwini’s features are: creating all or part of world, retaining existence of all or part of world, devisal of all world’s military or part of it, mediation in divine’s benignity, mediation in all benignities or part of it, all or part of world’s obeying of waliallah. In first scholars idea only feature that was discussed and had some agrees and disagrees was fulfillment of weird works by Aemeh. Other features were not designed by Imamie’s scholars, and among narrations and Imamie’s first scholar’s speeches, no confirmation was found for them. In first five centuries of hegira, Kofeh, Qom and Baghdad books were emerged and grown, then sunk. In one aspect scholars can be separated to three groups: prolocutors, Mohades, prolocutor and culprits. Prolocutors have not told narrations about Aemeh’s Weird seize. Few narrations are reported by Mohades _ prolocutors group, but culprits have told more narrations about these kinds. Barghi, Saffar, Koleini, Sadoogh are great Mohadeses and holder of writing of Qom’s school. Basaer_al_Darajat book written by Saffar is from main source of weird works narrations. He related works such as reviving died people, Rad_al_Shams, Tey_al_Arz, etc. Mohadeses after him have not paid much attention to those narrations, so relating narrations of Aemeh’s weird seize from Saffar to Koleini and Koleini to Sadoogh has reduced. Baghdad’s scholars quoted few reports of Aemeh’s miracles, and they have known miracle fulfillment by Imam is by God and proving his power. So in their aspect Aemeh were not Velayat_Takvini’s owner.
