Analyse Taqfiri’s group’s fighting reflection in sunnite’s religious jurisprudence eye’s

The fighting Salafi’s groups -like Taliban,Al-ghaideh,Daish,Al-nosrah flank,Sahabah army,Al-adl army,Abu siaf,…have appeared in different areas in the world specially in middle east-are going to build a new mental structure in different aspects like word,religious jurisprudence,politics.Through these aspects,some of concepts in sunnite’s religious jurisprudence have been taken into care more than previous by these groups and they expressed their views in these subjects and abandoned former wordly and juristic opinion easily. One of the concepts have the main role in forming and enduring Salafi’s groups motion,is the concept of holly war.In sunnite’s politic religious jurisprudence eye’s,changing in concept of holly war have happened first from Ibn-timieh,then from Mohammad-ibn-abd-al-vahab and after that from Seyed ghotb and Taqfiri’s groups have appeared by rereading and performing these changed concepts. The fighting Salafies first followed the way exept their past in concept of monotheism and polytheism and based on their special reflection about monotheism and polytheism called many humans-even the moslems-polytheist and know them as humans their blood should be shed with impunity.After this step,they ascribed polytheism to all governments in islamic countries-name them polytheism’s countries right now-and considered forming islamic caliphate right like the islamic caliphate in the first century of Hejria as only way for exitting from polytheism’s countries and in order to reaching to this aim finded fighting against these governments as the only and the best way.They enumerate the military holly war in a place like religion elements and even suprior than it and extend the concept of holly war and authorize every body to pronounce a decree about holly war. This investigation is willing to refer to difference in reflecting about the concept of holly war between sunnite and fighting Salafies by descriptive and analytic method and indicate contradiction through sunnite’s traditional religious jurisprudence and new-fangled extravagant Salafies in this field.
