“Religion” is the connecting link between man and God and The way of divine worship in all personal and social fields Whose exact and complete understanding of this must be based on religious sources. The research intends based on The Shi’a collections of traditions to fully analyze the meaning of religion, and believes that on this basis, “religion” is based on the “Imam’s Velâyat” axis. Both the system of Imamology traditions and the many proofs that emphasize the essential role of Imam’s Velâyat in religion, which are discussed in the first two chapters of this research. After proving the vital and pivotal position of the Imam’s Velâyat in religion, it has tried to adapt this theological theory to the three areas of “ethics, beliefs and law” that form the shari’at’s level of religion and by explaining the  System of Ethics”, “epistemic system” and “The system of law”, centered on the “Imam’s Velâyat”, in each of Three major areas, we reviews the relationship between the Velâyat and the shari’at. in this research, achieving a more complete and Comprehensive understanding of religion based on the ahl al-bayt’s traditions provided the possibility for coherent and systematic understanding of religion in different areas, in a way that could provide a new basis in the philosophy of ethics, philosophy of knowledge (epistemology) and philosophy of jurisprudence.
