Takfir is not a new phenomenon and its principle is a religious institution with certain goals. But Takfir is seen as a tool for realizing human (and not divine) goals for several centuries, which has become obscure. This is particularly evident in the last century (History). the Takfiri currents after the Second World War, has been more widely considered and has emanated from its jurisprudential dimensions and has been considered as a multifaceted jurisprudential, sociological, psychological, and political phenomenon (background). In this research, the main question is that every part of Islamic societies (and in this research the international institutions of the Shiite field include the seminary, community of members, the Islamic propaganda organization, the World Assembly, the World Assembly of Islamic Approaches). They are sensitive to this ominous phenomenon and the quality of these tasks should be followed up (the question), the author has thought over the strategic aspect of answering this question and attempts to present it in the form of an analytical model Swot. Four parameters (opportunity, threat, strength, weakness) the model has also been exposed to the responsiveness of experienced professors in this field during the design of the QQ questionnaire and their responses have been used after obtaining theoretical saturation as model data. The result of this research is to provide a model on political, economic, cultural, social and media issues that refer to strategies for dealing with takfiri currents by international institutions of the field.
